Beautiful bright apartment in a great location! I heartily recommend and see you next time 😊

Even if the exteriors of the building and the stairs don't look very promising, the flat is very nice, on the second floor recently renovated, very clean, and above all extremely SILENT although it is two minutes from the basilica of St Nicholas, in the centre of the old city and in the middle of the movida. As far as we understood there was no break-fast available / included. The host was always available via whatsapp but we barely met anybody during our staying. If you think that many b&b in the old city of Bari offer just a room with no windows on the ground floor, with a lot of noises from outside (you live basically on the street), this flat is an excellent alternative!

Everything OK, but important to know that the building is old-fashioned, with many high stairs. Not good if you have disabilities or if you have big suitcases.

Some issues with inconsistent water supply, common in the Old Town area

La situation géographique dans la vieille ville, le calme, l'appartement récemment restauré, la décoration, les nombreux rangements, les produits douche, les bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée, le café, le sucre, le sel, l'essuie-tout et les papiers WC supplémentaires

Il fait froid dans l'appartement en décembre car la climatisation ne chauffe pas toutes les pièces. De ce fait, un plaid ou une couverture supplémentaire serait appréciable

Toll gelegen, nur ein paar Schritte von San Nicola entfernt, lebendige Atmosphäre drum herum, Wohnung jedoch ruhig. Neu renoviertes kleines Apartment perfekt für eine Person. Liegt im 2. OG. mit teilweise sehr niedriger Treppenhausdecke (bücken nötig!). Am besten wenig Gepäck mitbringen! Davide spricht gutes englisch, die anderen (sehr netten) Familienmitglieder nicht.

Wir fanden es toll. Super Lage und tolle Kommunikation! Gerne wieder!
