The House On The Beach

Локацията е отлична – само на крачка от морето с чудесна гледка. Къщата е оборудвана с повечето необходими неща за готвене и престой, което прави престоя удобен от практична гледна точка.

Въпреки че чек-инът беше обявен за 14:00 ч., се наложи да чакаме между 30 мин и час, което беше изключително неудобно, особено с бебе. При настаняване апартаментът не беше добре почистен – по пода имаше пясък и други боклучета, а в чекмеджетата имаше храна, останала от предишни гости. Мебелите и цялостното обзавеждане са доста стари, макар и реновирани, което личи. Няма предоставени чадъри или шезлонги. Най-близкият плаж е претъпкан бийч бар, а свободната зона е изключително камениста и неподходяща за малки деца. Спокойствието е трудно постижимо – точно под прозорците на спалните спират мотори и коли, които вдигат шум и изпарения дори посред нощ (например в 3:00 сутринта). Въпреки че мениджърът ни показа мястото за паркиране, през нощта други собственици идваха да ни местят колата, като създаваха напрежение без реална причина – имаше достатъчно пространство за маневри. В деня на напускане, въпреки че крайната час беше 12:00, чистачката влезе още в 9:30 без предупреждение, докато все още хранех бебето си и не бяхме излезли. Тотално не си струва за парите, които се плащат – очаквахме значително по-добри условия. Не бих се върнала отново, освен ако не се направят сериозни подобрения в почистването, комуникацията и организацията.

Всички снимки отговарят на действителността. Двора е приятен. Стайте са чисти и къщата разполага с всичко необходимо за живеене. Плажът е много близо. Комуникацията с хазяйте е добра, жената се стараеше да ни даде информация кога ще дойде токът или водата.

Не беше споменато и нямаше снимки, че къщата има стаи на 3 етажа, едната спалня е в мазето и малко мирише. Има много стръмни стълби въпреки, че имаше предпазна ограда на партера за малки деца. Беше предизвикателство с 2 и 3 годишни деца да ги предпазиш да не се метнат по стълбите. Тока спираше почти всеки ден. Водата спря за половин ден. Но тези неща не зависят от хазайте. Но не е приятно. Има паркинг само за една кола(отбелязано е на обявата). Не е удобно защото едната кола спира доста далече.

The place is amazing, very good location and vue. Suitable for babies. It’s easy to find a food near the location, take away or not. We had passed a rally good time.

The garden is above the beach. You are practically constantly in front of the magnificent seascape.The cleanliness of the apartment, equipped kitchen, barbecue. There was a compliment for us: wine, nuts, delicate biscuits.

A motorcycle and a car were parked next to the bedroom window, which disturbed our sleep. In the bathroom - bathtub and toilet are located in a very narrow space.

The house is cosy and homy, very close to a free beach (with showers) nice and not crowded. This is definitely a house for a family: large living, large table (plus one on the balcony for morning coffee and another in the garden, by the barbeque!); only one complete bathroom, but with one more toilet and a shower in the garden that make things comfortable; very good beds and AC+fan in every room, except the large one in the basement, which has no need of supplementary cooling. ”To say nothing” of the kitchen - very well equipped to cook whatever you want. The weather was excellent, the host very friendly and responsive. The restaurant To Filaraki, where we were one evening to try greek plates, is excellent (also in terms of prices). In all: an excellent place to make a perfect holliday!

Really pleased with the villa, child-friendly for our 2 little ones, noise-proofed, lovely garden.

Amazing location, right in front of a nice sandy beach. 5 min walk to 2 3 tavernas with very good food and reviews. Apartment has a nice view on the sea and of Thassos island. There is a good beach bar at only 5 min walk too, with good food and light music. Apartment was clean and fully equiped with all necesary for vacation. No problems spotted on any equipments. Really nice host who guided us to different areas to visit. We really enjoy the time spent there and hope to return soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent beach house, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely perfect—just 20 meters from the sea! Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and being able to stroll right onto the beach was a dream come true. The house itself is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. From the kitchen to the bedrooms, every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the house was impeccable. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that the property is very well-maintained. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a base for exploring the area, this beach house is perfect. I can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning!
