The House On The Beach

Great place by the beach. Very clean

Great location overlooking a sandy beach, which was never crowded. There is a nice beach bar and restaurant (great food), supermarket around the corner. It's small residential street, so if you drive be careful, parking is tight (in summer bring car cover). Terrace has an amazing view on the garden and beach.

This house has the best location ever, i dont know how you can beat this kind of access to the beach. it is very well organised in terms of facilities and it is super clean

I like the view , the 10 steps distance from the beach , the patio which we spent our evening with this beautiful air breeze. It was very clean and tidy. Also I need to mention that in walking distance there are supermarket , pharmacy, playground, a fish restaurant

Great location of the house, very close to a nice sandy beach. It was great that the hosts left beach umbrellas in the house, so we could use them. The closest beach with paid umbrellas and sunbeds is 5 min away walking distance. A shop and few tavernas are also at walking distance nearby. The house is well-renovated and has a spacious living room and lovely terrace. All rooms on the second floor have an A/C.

Communication with the property before arival could be better.

The apartments are superbly located in a quiet, beautiful location, just 10 minutes drive from the center of Kavala. Every day you can watch the most beautiful sunrises. We were on vacation in the second half of September and there were very few people on the beach. There is a small supermarket a couple of minutes walk from the house.

There was a musty smell in one of the bedrooms.

The location was absolutely gorgeous and the beach was only a minute away. New furniture and spacious rooms. The bus station is very close to the home so traveling without a car is easy.
