Late check in due to late communication from hosts Patio area upstairs couldnt use as dirty and covered in pigeon faeces .outside.table and chairs werent cleaned ..quite a health hazard .. Front door was very dirty and so were the outside windows Such a shame ! ...
GBFabulous central location - easy to access the pier, Lanes and central Brighton. However it is a bit of a double edged sword. Located between 2 bars and a pub it means that nights are disruptive with loud and noisy partygoers and many shenanigans in the street. The little house itself was clean, well equipped and comfortable.
Waking up to litter outside the front door (including wigs and male underwear) wasn’t ideal, and there was late-night noise from drunk people moving the bins around. The pigeon problem is also quite noticeable, with early morning coo-ing and mess across the patio, windows and outdoor areas. Inside the house they could leave some instructions on how to open the sky light which was shuttered close and gave the downstairs a very dark and dingy vibe.

USPerfect location, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and very responsive owner (internet was out the evening we arrived, he immediately started assisting us and had the provider out to install a new router first thing in the morning).
Could use new cookware, eg pots and pans and skillets.
