DEGBThe house is lovely and in an ideal location to the beach/pier and only a short walk to the Lanes. There is a Sainsburys nearby along with lots of cafe options. Tea/coffee were included which was useful!
There were no toiletries included other than hand soap, considering there is a bath it would have been nice for some shower gel/bubble bath. Also there was only 1 tea towel and no hand towels for the bathrooms which made it difficult to dry your hands/wash up! These little touches can make a big difference sometimes!
GBThe house was beautiful inside - well designed with an excellent kitchen area and large comfortable bedrooms. Very well located within walking distance of all the main attractions. We really liked the house and would have been happy to stay again in future if it hadn’t been for the negatives below.
The house is on a small grubby street with a club at one end, a small bar opposite and a pub at the other end. We stayed Saturday and Sunday and its was really noisy at night with people shouting in the street and noise from the club. Should have read the reviews properly before booking. We were due to receive a message with the lockbox code before check in at 3pm but the host’s email only arrived at 4.45pm. Tried host’s phone number but it went to answerphone. Found the code on Booking.com so we’re able to get in. TV was strange - no freeview/terrestial channels, just odd internet packages. No tea towel or drying rack in kitchen. Hand towel in downstairs loo would have been nice.
GBCosy house and a short walk to main attractions Wifi a little iffy but we have this at home as well! The kitchen is suitably equipped and the house was very clean and neat.
The house is very well located for the Royal Pavilion and lovely eating places are within easy walking. There are 2 clubs, one at either end of the short street which were very loud and noisy on the Friday and Saturday nights we stayed - rowdy crowds leaving at 3am and lots of shouting. Never felt at all unsafe but were 2 disrupted nights' of sleep.
