"Social, relatively good location, simple rooms"

Relatively good location with a good common space for socialising, fridge and kitchen for cold drinks etc

AC not amazing in the rooms, found it very hot at night, fridge and bathrooms could do with a deep clean

Such great staff and volunteers. Azza was awesome as were the volunteers! Nicole did a great job helping to organize events. This was a super social hostel with family dinners, volleyball, and a group chat! Big fan would stay again certainly! Azza even helped me organize the next leg of my journey by getting me travel details and arranging a tuk tuk to the bus

Some squeaky beds but otherwise very comfortable stay.

The volunteers here are so friendly and easily make it a social place in the evening to meet others. Both nights the Hostel went out for dinners. Free filtered water & towels provided

"Nice spot near the beach"

Only stayed here for one night but it was pleasant! Room is basic but well equipped, fan & aircon. Shower and toilet is outside which was pretty cool & beautiful! Staff were friendly & it felt quite social. An easy 10 min walk to Dikwella beach & 15 to Hiriketiya

"Lovely stay in Hiriketiya"

Very sociable hostel. Very clean bathroom and rooms. Was a bit pricey for what it was but other than that I really enjoyed my stay!
