This was a home from home .Beautiful location just a short drive into york city centre, 40 mins to Scarborough beach,.If you are looking to unwind and relax this is the place all that woke me was the sound of birds 🐦

It stated a veiw of the lake from a balcony which we didn't have but did not ruin the stay just slight mis- information

Code was provided prior to arrival and access to the property was easy.

The only improvement could have been blinds on the door windows so that when using the sofa bed it remained dark after 5am.
