the property was decorated lovely.

the only issue was the noise outside as we had the window open as it was a hot night.

The arrival details were clear and concise - Codes were easy to use, safe and secure and easy to enter the property. The rooms were spacious and definitely good quality. Would highly recommend.

Nothing it worked well

It’s a nice apartment close to the city centre and some of Liverpool’s best tourist spots.

The booking arrangements. Chaotic, incorrect information given like ‘there is free on road parking outside’ (there isn’t) and the wrong door code. No soap provided whatsoever to wash your hands (I complained about this and a bottle of hand soap was left outside the flat the next day). Very odd site (Hinkley Homes) with non-reassuring webpages, an amateur email address and phone messages from somewhere in Florida. Felt like a scam and took hours to verify things. One person was helpful but as she said, the whole thing was a mess. This really detracted from our stay and introduced unnecessary problems.
