The Coastal Retreat (Nr Brighton)

It had a well equipped kitchen area, bathroom with a lovely walk in shower and generally very comfortable. Parking on site was useful.

WiFi was poor and television volume didn’t seem to work.

I particularly liked the homely feel and the cleanliness. It was a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day. The finishing touches are lovely with everything you would want and more. I will definitely rebook if visiting this area again.

Easy access to property and great location for my work. This property is absolutely brilliant a lot of time and thought has obviously been put in to ensure a great stay. Nice to have outside space when the weather is good.

Excellent accommodation in every way. Lovely touches throughout with lots of extras catering for every need. It exceeded our expectation. Close to shops, coastal walk, bus stop, off road parking. Immaculately clean and well designed and furnished. Fabulous.

The accommodation is very clean and the parking space is right outside. The interiour is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. To communicate with the host is very easy.

Super clean, modern and comfy . Beautifully decorated, the welcome bits and pieces such as coffee and toiletries were an added bonus, lovely touches that mean a lot. Would definitely stay again 👍👍 oh and the towels smelt amazing 🤩

Beautifully furnished and cosy. The owners have done a great job giving it a relaxed, home away from home feel with a private area outside to relax and have drinks. The property is very close to the seafront and ideal for long walks. There are also close by with easy access to Brighton via short drive or bus.

The Coastal Retreat was perfect ! Clean and spacious… it was a welcome change from staying in hotels and was very well positioned, with a bus stop at the top of the road and a great takeaway too, allowing me to grab some delicious food and then sit out and enjoy the evening sun back at the property.

It’s well located between Brighton and Eastbourne to visit Brighton and go on beautiful walks in the South Downs. The house is quiet, very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The owners thought of every detail. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying in this house again.
