Excellent place, we visited in May so not too crowded. The hotel is great. If I were to visit again Mallorca, I would probably repeat.

Eternity to get coffee in breakfast in the morning, I think is a new hotel, some of the staff requires fast track training. I think the hotel could aid to invest To dredge the beach area. Lots of sediment and algae that make the front shore messy, makes you think at first look if you made a good hotel choice for the family. None the less you learn later that once you pass that algae area then you are set into the clean turquoise water.

Langweiliges Essen, schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Abzocke Poolbar, keine Kindergerichte, kaltes Wasser im Pool, keine Kosmetikprodukte im Bad, Hellhörigkeit, überfordertes Personal größtenteils ohne Fremdsprachenkenntnisse.

Nah am Strand und mit schönen Flachwasserbereichen für die Kinder. Eindrucksvolle Lobby, schöner Speisesaal.

Schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Abzocke in der Poolbar, keine Kindergerichte trotz hoher Preise schon für Kleinkinder, langweiliges meist kaltes trockenes Essen. Service etwas überfordert und ohne Fremdsprachenkenntnisse. Pool sehr kalt für Kinder. In der Suite hört man jedes Wort von der Suite daneben..
