La propreté et felicitations aux femmes de ménages qui ont fait l’étage et notre chambre 1203 ! Et le personnel du petit déjeuner mais surtout de la piscine étaient très sympa !

La personne que nous avons eu lors de notre Check out, désagréable, pas un sourire, pas de merci, ne s’est pas excusé alors qu’elle s’est trompé par rapport au paiement en CHF. Chambre était mal équipée ou pas équipée. Il manquait brosse pour les toilettes, dentifrice, de la place pour ranger les habits.

Lo staff è stato estremamente disponibile e accogliente. La struttura è molto bella con una piscina con bar annesso e accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Ogni sera c'è musica dal vivo con dei musicisti molto bravi. Colazione abbondante, varia e adatta ad ogni esigenza

Abbiamo provato il ristorante Opale (annesso alla struttura) che onestamente non è a livello dell'hotel. Inoltre una mattina ci hanno servito un uovo alla Benedict con l'uovo sodo sopra...
