Everything. High standard and a friendly staff. Definitely will come back. The customer relations manager Anna made even a nice surprise in our room after I said 3kg weights are missing in a gym (only starts from 4kg) so she organised it and left them together with some snacks and drink, and gym towels. 😊 Thank you so much Mrs Anna - you are wonderful as well as your colleagues and the hotel itself!

Dinge im Essen und Trinken die nicht hingehören. Nicht einmal der Küchenchef weiß wie sie dorthin kommen. personal, vorallem restaurant und Bar unmöglich. Brauchen ewig, sprechen kein englisch( mehrere Kellner versteht scrambled eggs, porride oder den unterschied zwischen "eleven" und "twelve oclock" nicht. Spa Bereich eher bedürftig für 5 Sterne.

Lovely hotel, well maintained and super clean. We had a great stay. Great breakfast buffet. Suite was a perfect set up for family as we could have the cot in the living room so as not to disturb our toddler.

Outdoor pool wasn’t heated (even though in the q&a they say it is) and was absolutely freezing. We couldn’t use at all during our stay. Kids pool was so cold it would have given any small child hypothermia - not an exaggeration. Pool bar food wasn’t the greatest - and is the only lunch option. We ate out most days.
