The place was absolutely luxurious—calling it “wonderful” would be an understatement. The entire staff is professional and incredibly quick to respond to any request. Cleanliness deserves a million out of 10. I couldn’t accept any other place I stayed at after this. The private pool is extremely clean, as well as the public one upstairs. The daily room cleaning is beyond excellent, something I don’t even see in hotels. Nothing is missing, and nothing is ever forgotten in the house. They are always smiling despite my many requests, and they respect all different customs and traditions. Especially Mr. Made Adrill — unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to talk much, but the time we did talk was wonderful and full of politeness and cooperation. If I ever return to Bali again, without exaggeration, the reason will be this place. I’m from Egypt, and I love you all very much.

The property was beautiful just as shown in the pictures, if we had any issues, we would just report it and it will get fixed which was helpful and the place is family friendly.

Sometimes the breakfast was limited, they wouldn’t have the items on as listed on the menu.

Beautiful villa, appears to have been developed fairly recently. The #1 thing I want to emphasize in this review and give massive appreciation to the facility management, is regarding the pictures and marketing. If you're browsing villas in Bali, I'm relieved to tell you that you can actually believe the pictures shown here on Booking. Trust me when I say, this is very often NOT the case. I stayed here for a few days prior to returning to my work in order to relax and decompress. I have not had such a comfortable stay at any other location I've visited in my travels. Well designed villa, had all the comforts I was looking for, the staff was very friendly and responsive. Everything worked as it should and was maintained well. One thing which surprised me, is that there is in fact room service. This was a consideration for me while I was browsing my options, and was a downside that I'd noted for this location. I'm not sure if it's a new addition that the restaurant previously didn't offer, but it was a welcome surprise, and probably should be added to the listing! Another nice thing was there was a security staff member (I wish I'd gotten his name, as he was extremely professional and polite!) each and every time I came or went, and he acted as concierge as well, directing both my taxi later a grocery delivery to the correct place.

Not a problem for me, as I just wanted to lounge and relax a bit, but it should be noted that in general the downstairs area can be noisy at times, primarily from all the scooters coming and going. However, I still found it plenty quiet while I was sleeping upstairs, or in the pool area. One other minor thing, I would definitely appreciate a laundry service on-site. I'd happily have paid a little extra compared to the shops outside for the convenience!

Really nice modern apartment, in a great location. Enjoyed the private pool. The staff were really friendly and responsive whenever we ordered any food or drinks to the room.

There was a smell of sewerage we could smell around the kitchen area which wasn't great..
