"Passable"

You can hear the upstair neighbors footsteps all hours of the day; morning, evening and throughout the middle of the night which were VERY loud and made the floors squeak nonstop not allowing you to sleep comfortably at all. Couch and rug were also very dirty. (Picture below) The Shower curtain rod kept falling off and unsure if neighbors smoke but you can perceive a smell coming in at times; my partner is allergic to cigarettes and make it hard to breathe during those times.

"apt was good, but no kitchen basics"

no kitchen basics, salt, forks, skillet...ruined our steak dinner. empty salt shakers and difficult to pan fry a steak with no skillet/fry pan

Lots of noise in the morning-dog that barked for an hour starting 7:30, no water or snacks provided -had this provided in all other places, not a good value for the price
