"i don’t think i received my moneys worth of quality i paid for . the stay was not worth what i paid in any shape or form"

i like how it had on site parking .

floors needed to be swept. gate to enter apartment was broken meaning easy access to anyone. heat blows cold air . multiple roaches seen . couches had multiple stains .

"Check-in and communication good with Owner and fit our needs for a one night stay."

Clean and updated. Kitchen was nice and had most everything we needed.

Sleeper sofa could be better and seating in general could be better.

"Perfect little get away while in Dallas. Clean and quite! Would stay again for sure!"

Location was great. Building was well kept. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Community was nice and quite. Free parking is always a plus. Pillows were perfect and water was nice and hot.

Only things we didn’t like, which are preference anyways, was the couch not being very comfy and mattress being a little thin.
