I did not stay at the property, so I cannot comment on the accommodations or services.

The main attraction (the lake) was closed when I booked. I contacted the property multiple times via phone and email but received no response. Booking.com support was contacted but the issue remains unresolved. Communication was extremely poor, and no solution or compensation was offered.
