Overall its a very nice place for the price, love the indoor pool and hot tub

Our unit must have had a cockroach problem, they exterminated but didnt bother to clean up the dead bugs

I’m a city girl at heart but this property changed my mind completely: obsessed with this location and all of its amenities. The rooms had plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, & toilet paper….never had to ask for more unlike many hotels I’ve stayed at. There were a few hiccups but none of that affected my love for the property. Very beautiful

The only issue we had was through booking.com and our AC fuse went out on day 2…but they fixed it immediately and we were fine. Also, the lake is newly opening after the hurricane and I’m not quite sure it should be open, tons of debris still found…my 7yr old stepped on metal planks, screws, cans, etc. he never got hurt though and it wasn’t the property’s fault so no negative points for that. We also didn’t like that the outdoor pool was closed during the week or that we had to pay for the resort extras (not listed in ad). All of that didn’t outweigh the good so no points deducted.

It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!

Having to go to different places to get checked in in and pay for amenities! Amenities should be included for the price!

Very peaceful. Spacious rooms. Restaurants were great and not over priced. Mini golf and tennis area very nice!

Since the lake was not open it would have been nice to have the outdoor pool open. The road signs were all too similar and confusing at first.
