The villas of Fox Run are a wonderful retreat in a secluded and peaceful spot of the lake. The amenities within the Rumbling Bald also make it a wonderful place to vacation whether for a short weekend, or a longer stay. There is so much to enjoy for all ages and interests. Also, seeing a bear as we pulled out for the last time is still being talked about by our kids. Quite the excitement to finish our trip with!

The roads in the upper Fox Run could use some TLC, and the villas could use some updating on the wooden decks and porches, but nothing that created a risk. Just signs of aging/weathering.

"Crowded and further away from downtown than I wanted, but a nice place to stay."

The condo/townhouse was nice.

Having to check in and check out in two different places was a pain. The gate to get in was really slow, often having a line to get in. I also had no view of the mountains or of the lake like advertised from the home.
