The house was very nice, and quiet. We love the view to the mountains. It was amazing! The only thing is that we had stairs to the master bedroom, and we did not know that. It was ok for us, but it is important information to know if you are travelling with toddlers or seniors.

The fridge was not working. Fortunately it was cold outside. We informed about this. We hope they fixed that after we left.

I really I really enjoy the amenities area that you guys have the only thing is I wasn't aware that it was going to be a charge for each day also from the pictures that are listed I was supposed to get a family Villa showing off by itself I was in one that was on top of another one and you can hear everything through the walls so next time I would say I would appreciate what was shown in the pictures

I didn't agree with the amenities being purchased daily I think they should come with the booking also the fact that the building that you stay in family suite is in the pictures shown separately so they need to update the pictures so people know that they get the possibility of being on top of people or next door on top of the people

Не достаточно средств для купания, недостаточно посуды ( мы любим готовить сами) Если есть возможность заранее уточнять или просить дополнительную раскол было бы хорошо) нету чайника и кофе машина в ужасном состоянии.Ею не возможно пользоваться. Слишком много хлорки в джакузи и бассейне.Мой ребенок и тетя обожгли глаза ( у них были операции на глазах) это очень плохо повлияло на их глаза.Было зрение, слезились , я волнуюсь за мою дочь.Об этом нужно предупреждать.Но я бы попросила пересмотреть количество хлора или друго средства.Мне было там очень тяжело дышать.
