"Very disappointed for our anniversary stay."

The fire place, jet tub and balcony.

No internet or wifi service for our first night, the rental office staff told me to contact booking for compensation but it was their contact information on booking. I was never compensated. And internet was never fixed. They did give us a password to another rentals account. There were several live cockroaches in the kitchen and stairs and one dead the first morning we were there. I told the rental staff and after i told them it was dead the reply was, “well what we’re doing is working”. Then my husband killed 3 more during our 2 night stay. The disher washer leaks all over the kitchen floor, the remote batteries were dead and there was a hole in the wall on the stairs. Very disappointing for our wedding Anniversary stay. Wouldn’t recommend this rental company or resort.
