"Do not stay!"

Do not stay here! Completely ruined our time in Casablanca. We had appointments in the evening, however missed them all as we struggled to access the apartment. Several attempts and hours later we finally open the door which was a Wi-Fi controlled lock that just did not work. So much so that two very nice people came down and said. You will need this handing us a bottle of water and two tangerines. They said they were stuck for hours doing exactly the same thing with the same host in a different apartment within the same block. We were so late we had to cancel our dinner engagement with our friends which could not be replaced as we were leaving the next morning for Rabbat.

The actual shell of the apartment was quite nice, and I feel sorry if there's an owner who is letting a an agent managers for them. As stated it took hours to gain entry to the apartment completely destroying our time in Casablanca. The utensils within the kitchen were practically non-existent and very poor quality. There was one hard serviette size towel for us as a couple and a very simple sheet with pillows that had no decent pillowcases. Disgraceful all in all. The only reason we have given this property a rating of one is because it cannot be given zero. Do not stay. Hazardous.!

It wasn't really clean, and there was no duvet there was just a bracelet on the bed in the kitchen was very dirty
