"New Building, but unresponsive owner and property was dirty"

Good location with easy access to transportation and other facilities like cafes, takeaways etc...

The home was not cleaned prior to our arrival and on requesting a clean up, we were asked to use an air fresher!? We were on holiday and on the first night of returning to the apartment had to clean the toilets and change the beds before we could wrap up for the night. I would NEVER stay here in the future.
