Feeling good, quite environment, you have to accept that there is no water heater and you need to bring your own padlock.

A water heater can be installed,and the clothes hook in the toilet is best installed on the wall.

3bedroom,2 room with aircond 1 room without aircond. All bathroom without heater, but this price is ok lah.
