Value for money. Place is new and clean. Even though location is slightly far from city , Teluk intan is a small town. You can get any where easily with a car. Property is clean and well equipped with cooking facilities, microwave, fridge, water dispenser and TV.

Area of improvement - 2nd bedroom is hot and stuffy. Would be great if there is air conditioning. Suggest to use floor cleaner that keep ants away to mop the floor as there are tiny ants. Could be because it is oil palm estate land.

There's no qiblah arrow in the homestay. No mirror in each bedrooms. No towel hanger in the toilet.
