Payne’s Pad

Great location and very comfortable with parking!

All of it , We liked everything, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and they provided us with everything we needed.

There is nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect.

Wee where welcomed by a little Christmas tree which made our pre Christmas time feel so special The flat is so Beautiful decorated, it was warm and spotlessly clean , wee got to use the owners Netflix, who provided cereal, milk tea , coffee , hot chocolate, toaster , bread , butter , milk , chocolates, jams and spreads , bottled water , toiletries, iron , hairdryer, washing up liquid, good quality towels , tea towel cleaning items and a little brush& shovel , mugs , kettle cutlery,bowls plates Which made it a very wellcoming & comfortable stay wee totally loved it 😁

Could maybe do with a microwave by attachment by a bracket to the wall above kettle area A handle for support in the shower, but not necessarily needed , as fulfilled all our needs and probably look out for this to stay again Wee had stayed in plenty of hotels in and without the area and this tops my best place I've stayed in wee both thought, it amazing thanks 😁

It’s just ideal for what was needed

Tracy has done a great job on the room, decor, cleanliness, attention to detail and the lovely extras. In a convenient location, down a quiet cul de sac. The room has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

Beyond expectation, better than 5* hotel Tracy has thought of everything, so homely and spotlessly clean. Breakfast supplies were unbelievable and even some chocolates as an added treat. I was greeted by a lit Christmas tree when I entered, such a lovely touch on a cold winters night and after a five hour journey. I would highly recommend a visit and look forward to returning in the new year.

Only thing I didn't like was having to leave

Fantastic place to stay. Communication with the owner, Tracy, was excellent. The accommodation was fantastic, very clean, comfy and it had everything you would want for a short break away. The added bonus of breakfast, tea, coffee & chocolates was a great touch too! I will definitely recommend Payne's Pad & will visit again.
