"Relaxing and exceptionally comfortable."

The property is about a 20 min walk from central amenities, it has its own private entrance and ensuite bathroom and the owners have simply thought about everything to make your stay be as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

The property was perfect for what we wanted. A weekend stay to attend a concert in the area. A lot of thought was put into what you need in a weekend away. Light brekkie was more than sufficient and toiletries incl too.

Kettle and toaster and small fridge in accom. Cereal or toast was provided for breakfast with tea / coffee Location is a drive to the beach or shops but nice and peaceful. Very clean. Lovely shower. Tv and wifi. Great as a base for house hunting in Poole.

Nice and warm when we got there. Good shower, comfortable bed, good sized TV, would have preferred normal bread to sourdough bread, but made a change, ample parking.

No bowl for washing up!
