Spotlessly clean; great use of small space; attention to detail; use of outdoor table & chairs; bread & cereal in room for breakfast; plenty of tea & coffee & milk; kettle, toaster, fridge & even a microwave; great communication with owner.

WiFi was a bit iffy but can live without that.

Smooth check-in process and pleasant communication beforehand. The TINY room was very cleverly organized: it basically has everything you need (except for a table to eat or work at, or space for putting a yoga mat on the floor, or whatever). Complimentary breakfast was basic, but it did the trick! Just the fact that it was offered already felt really nice, as most B&B's don't provide breakfast anymore. Great plus: free parking right in front of the room.

The room was very tiny, which I probably could have known if I had studied the reviews and pictures better in advance. I didn't meet the owner, which felt a bit odd as we were there 3 nights, and the room is basically a little bungalow attached to a house in a residential area. Somehow, it felt strange not saying hi and goodbye. But I suppose they want to give you privacy and flexibility when checking in and out, and I'm sure the owners would be available in case of any issues. Just be aware that there is no kitchen and there are not many sit-down restaurants in the area (only takeaways), and even though a foldable table is provided so you can eat pizza on the bed, this might not be ideal for everyone. We loved the location, it's quiet at night and there's a friendly pub nearby (The Pottery), but you need to take the car or go for a long walk for restaurants and shops.

Quite and peaceful with everything that we needed for a short stay.More than we expected and great value for money.

The room was lovely met tracy and the lovely pablo. Nothing was too much trouble..loads info left for us of places to go and where to eat ..room was warm but fan in room ..it was secure and felt safe leaving window open at night ..had safe parking too ..stayed 10 days well worth the money ..the room was clean And everything you would expect ..def be back ...tracy and dog pablo was lovely meeting you keep up the good work 👏

The host was super friendly. We were given bread, jam, Cereal, milk, water, crumpets, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar. The garden was lovely and spacious and we had use of this whenever we wanted.

The bed was bit uncomfortable as we're used to a firmer mattress. It got a bit warm overnight but that was the weather. However, the host gave us a fan to use. The room was small but adequate as we only really used it for sleeping.

The breakfast is perfect for a short stay, cereal and toast. The price is excellent and the owner very responsive and helpful, we asked for seeded bread and we had a very nice loaf. The welcome sweets are a bonus. The use of courtyard at the back is a welcome addition as there is little room to "sit" in the accommodation.

The wifi is a bit on the slow side in the property and the signal is rather weak.

This was an immaculate small property, spotlessly clean with everything one could wish for. It exceeded my expectations with the welcome addition of the continental breakfast items supplied, and parking right outside the door. The double size walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom was superb.

There was nothing I didn't like. The only small improvement I could mention would be the addition of a safety handle in the shower.
