Nicely appointed, clean, tidy modern studio. Good attention to detail and very peaceful.

Tracy is very accommodating, Paynes Pad is a cosy little getaway with everything you could want for a short break. Very well considered space and lots of information available for the local area.

No complaints from us!

Toast. Cereals. Preserves , milk tea coffe sugar etc Enough to start the day..

Payne’s pad is a wee bit small but adequqte

The room was ideal for what we wanted and the owner was delightful. She had thought of everything one could want/need - even before you knew it yourself!

Clean and ideal for 2or3 day stays

Perfect place for a short stay, after spending all day out exploring this was ideal place to come back and spend a comfortable evening, enough facilities to have simple meals in if required with some lovely welcome snacks and options for breakfast provided. Spotlessly clean and great location down quite cul-de-sac, absolute bargain 😊

Modern, clean and given privacy. Nice outdoor setting. Good value for money overall.

It is very small/cramped (and we were there 5 nights). We found the bed a bit soft for us too.
