Noise from outside as it is on the main road. People were coming-going during the night too and doors are very noisy... The room was not clean comletely.

There was a lot of dust in the room, light shades, corner cobwebs and any ledge covered in thick dust - it’s a shame because it was spotless otherwise. You need a taller cleaner or maybe some steps

Didn't manage to get access to the property. It appears that it isn't a hotel merely an unattended apartment.

Access to the property was not possible for me. The owner was not contactable by phone or messaging service. So I had to leave last minute and find alternative accommodation. The owner isn't answering messages now that I have asked for a refund

Large, contemporary accommodation in the heart of Wooler. Comfortable bed and large windows overlooking the high street. Its ideal if you are visiting Ad Gefrin distillery.

We stayed on a windy night and the windows, being sash, rattled a lot. The tea and coffee making facilities were lacking. The Kettle and cups were fine in a small kitchen area but there weren't many tea bags and I suspect these were left by previous occupants. There was no milk not even a small container of UHT. I would suggest popping to the Co-Op to buy some as there is a good fridge in the accommodation.

Nothing, code did not work for room so could not gain access Had to spend £100 on accomdafiom elsewhere and have been Blanked by hote. l

Lovely location and comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom.

No curtains and a blind that was see through. Room very dusty and cobwebs on ceiling. Marks all over walls and skirting boards. Under the bed very dusty. Coffee pods had already been used and left in coffee tin. Marks on throw on bed.
