The location of the place is very strategic, especially for those attending events around Shah Alam, especially for Convocation at UiTM SA. As it is a homestay/Airbnb, breakfast is not provided, but the unit comes with a kitchen and sufficient kitchenette essentials if you wish to cook. The house is a “smart house,” which makes it comfortable for a small group of about 4–5 people. Parking is readily available, which is very convenient. You just need to follow whatever the owner instruct you to do, i.e install the parking app. I also appreciated the self check-in and check-out system, though it may be slightly less convenient for elderly guests. The unit is also equipped with a Cuckoo water filter, which was a nice added convenience during my stay.

However, there are a few areas I hope the owner can improve, particularly the cleanliness of the toilet. The bathroom is connected to two rooms, and upon check-in, it seemed as though it had not been serviced prior to my stay. Additionally, while there were containers for shampoo and body wash, both were empty. Apart from that, the listing stated that the unit comes with a pool view. In reality, the pool is located on the left side of the unit, and it is not the one directly connected to the building of this smart house. I only found out when I accompanied my little sister to the pool and my family couldn’t see us from above, haha. This wasn’t a real issue, but the listing was a little misleading. There were also a few cockroaches in the room. Other than that, there is a hairdryer and iron provided, but since I had read previous reviews about the iron, I brought my own just in case, I didn’t want to risk ruining my convo outfit, huhu. Another point: the owner reminds guests not to dirty the kitchen counter, which is understandable, but it would be helpful if a dish rack was provided. That way, the counter wouldn’t look messy after washing dishes :)
