Dekat dengan mall, owner peramah.. Rumah smua ok

Yang tdk ok maintenance tu property.. Mgkn owner jarang sana so dia pun tak tau.. Mainhole property naik wap tdk myenangkan sampai ke rumah. Tp jgn risau sb time sy c/o sdh bgtau owner, so nnt owner check dgn maintenance

Strategic place for me.

The property is full of garbage scattered around. There’s a pizza in the microwave that looks like it has been sitting there for a long time, and a cup with food left on the balcony. The bathroom walls and ceiling are also dirty. It seems like the owner just moved out and turned the place into a homestay without doing any proper cleaning — though that’s just my assumption, as there doesn’t appear to have been any thorough cleaning done.
