The property was clean, tidy and modern

IMPORTANT the address on booking.com is the wrong address. It is another 5-10 minute drive away. The area of the actual property is extremely scary and intimidating. We did not feel safe. My daughter was frightened to get out of the car. It was too late to book anywhere else so we had to stay there. The new address was sent by email once we had paid in full 4 days before…but it was not a please note this is the new address, the postcode has only 1 digit difference. We booked the property based on it been walking distance to a venue but it no longer was. The landlord did acknowledge this and pay the extra for parking, but it made everything so much more difficult. One of the beds was broken on arrival and he tried to blame us for this. We had 4 of us in one bed. I have tried to resolve this through booking.com customer services who have not managed to received a response for the landlord so they have said write a review.
