Ella, Nine Glow Resort

Quiet, new.

Still work going on at the property, didn’t quite feel finished. A little far out from the centre and at least from our room, the view was not great with the balcony still being worked on and loads of building materials all over that part of garden. There isn’t really a view and a way to sit outside to look out to for example to Ella Rock.

Es war sehr neu und der Angestellte war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. WLAN war gut. Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Bett war komplett neu und sauber.

Der Boden war nicht wirklich sauber gemacht. Es lag Staub in den Ecken und der Balkon war auch sehr dreckig. Im Bad fehlte es an Toilettenpapier, Duschgel, Seife, Handtuch für Boden/Füsse. Es musste alles nachgefragt und angefordert werden. Die Lage ist sehr außerhalb. Überteuerte TukTuks sind erforderlich. Keine Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sie helfen jederzeit und bei allem. - schoene und komfortable Zimmer, wie beschrieben und gemaess Fotos - Lage ist nicht mitten im Geschehen, und daher ruhig. Fuer uns war das perfekt. Tuktuk in die Stadt nur 10 Minuten fuer 500/600 LKR. - waren mit Kind hier, ging super - sie bieten super Fruehstueck an Wir wuerden jederzeit wieder gehen und koennen es empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was perfect, the room was very clean, the view from the balcony was picturesque, the staff was so friendly and kind, and the food was delicious! The staff was available at any time, always ready to help! I had a fever and they brought me a thermometer and Panadol! Definitely recommended!!!

Sehr gastfreundlicher Empfang und Service. Ansonsten solider Komfort.

Die Luftqualität war, wie sehr häufig in Sri Lanka, Feucht und nicht besonders gut. Zudem lag ein Hundegeruch im Zimmer. Für darauf allergisch reagierende Menschen nicht ideal.

The owners were so lovely, they organised our Tuc tucs every day, and even made us a little new years feast, plus the rooms are lovely. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you
