Ella, Nine Glow Resort

Very very clean property . The owner was very nice and helped with all the directions and told us alot about the area . The area is also tourist friendly , I definitely recommend you staying there if you ever go to Ella .

The name board was however changed and he name of the hotel was different on the board . But after we contacted the manger they said they changed the name recently . So everything was fine later on .

Alles neu gemacht, Besitzer richten gerade alles ein. Ist dadurch sauber und ordentlich. Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wünsche werden erfüllt.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at that family-run hotel that exceeded all our expectations. The hotel was immaculate, with everything brand new, reflecting the care and attention to detail the owners have put into maintaining it. The hospitality was top-notch—truly a home away from home. The owner was incredibly helpful, staying in constant touch with us via WhatsApp, ensuring that all our needs were met. They even went the extra mile by organizing a tuk-tuk rental for us, making our stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience. The personal touch makes all the difference!

Excellent amenities - the bathroom was the best we had in all of Sri Lanka with consistent hot water and a glass door to stop the water from going everywhere. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very very lovely and helpful. Would recommend and stay again

It’s about a 10 min drive from town but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Het is een mooie schone kamer. De ligging is ook goed.

De stroom viel vaak uit. En ook was de service niet goed. De deur was op slot gedaan, toen we om 10 uur ‘s avonds bij het hotel aan kwamen konden we niet naar binnen, na lang wachten en bellen lukte het eindelijk. Ook toen we wilden uitchecken was er niemand, daarvoor moesten we weer bellen en lang wachten. Dat was erg vervelend. Hele slechte service dus…
