"A room in SHARED house, be warned!"

It is a room in a SHARED HOUSE - the description is a series of untruths to imply whole use. Plus, a number of the listed 'facilities' are just not available. Hugely impersonal experience - had driven for 5 hours, arrived c2pm, and needed the toilet on arrival. Asked very nicely (via msg, no face to face contact throughout stay) but were told check-in was an automated process at 3pm (the pre-set time) and this couldn't be altered.

"A 25 minute walk to the Co-op Arena so more convenient than in town."

There needs to be a bin in the bathroom- not just one downstairs in the kitchen.

Lovely clean and comfortable room with good facilities, and a lovely hot shower. Friendly host. Nice little touch with slippers as it’s a no shoes on property.

No bin and the air fresheners are way too strong.

"Exceptional"

Perfect location for the coop live. We were greeted by the lovliest lady.

Our toilet/ bathroom was on the hallway, luckily we were the only guests. The walk to the coop was very short but not a nice area for 2 women on their own.

Good location, parking, friendly staff on arrival

As per other reviews, the description is a tad misleading. We were under the impression we’d be staying in a venue that resembled a hotel or b&b, but it felt like we were staying in a private house with paper thin walls, blinds that didn’t prevent light coming through and next to no space in the room for anything other than the bed. No restaurant; little privacy - all of which would be fine at a more sensible price point, but not priced in line with a 5 star hotel
