Everything was according to my expectations. Some aspects exceeded them. Four example a large balcony with a nest. Also, well equipped and well maintained furniture. No signs of usage. Also a private underground parking spot was a plus.

One small thing wasn't quite alright. I asked the owner (through booking) for a bill, and from the moment I asked it, I no longer received any answers from the owner or manager of the apartment, whatever he is.

Close to Center and Mall, new apartment

Uncomfortable beds/sofa: 8/10 Cleanliness: 7.5/10 – Found black hair on bedsheets and coffee mugs 🤮 The shower and bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere, making it impossible to shower or wash without soaking the kitchen counter. No mop provided, so we had to sit in a wet bathroom after showering. No clear instructions on where to dispose of trash. Poor communication – waited two days for a response via booking, calls, and texts, despite multiple follow-ups.
