poor management: superficial cleaning, insufficient & dirty linen, broken shower hose, broken coffee machine and garage remote not working

Shower is horrible - no proper pressure, it clogs and overflows - pls fix, rest is great

Easy 20-25 minutes walk to the old city center. Super deluxe apartment with all the needed amenities.

Communication could have been better. I asked for a baby cot reservation but never got a confirmation (nor the cot, but luckily we decided to bring our own foldable one just in case) Also, the remote control to the underground parking was not working, hence we had to park the car under on the outside visitor's space

It is a very modern, clean, spacious apartment close to the historic center. The underground garage is an excellent feature given the parking situation in city.

The shower was poorly designed, the whole bathroom swam when taking a shower. It was hard to reach the host, no answer via in-app messaging, we had to call to get the code to the keybox. There was no air conditioner, but the nights were cold, so we could sleep with open windows.

The appartment is new and close to the city center and the mall

It needs AC for thr hot summer days. It is impossible to keep it clean as dust comes in from the many construction sites near it.

Spacious, clean and nicely kept. Comfortable and with all the amenities a family might need

Not really much to say…but reflecting back we would have liked a few more towels…with 2 boys was slightly hard to use the 1 towel/person allocated for the whole duration of our stay

The apartment was really nice and brand new. Easy check in and check out. The host had left us some water and a chocolate in the fridge, which is much appreciated. It is all as shown in the pictures. There is a lovely balcony also. Coffee machine with capsules. This apartment has everything you need.

What I didn’t like is the shower. Coming into the apartment was a funny smell, which I later understood where is came from when I took the shower. It’s so bad constructed that all the water gets out of the shower and everything is soaked. Another thing is that there were mugs in the cupboard that weren’t clean. You could see stains of old coffee in there.
