We have just spent a week at this beautiful apartment & I only have good things to say. I went with my 5 year old son and my parents both early 60’s and yes there is steps but absolutely manageable, we have visited Lanzarote 20+ times and anywhere we have stayed the hills have always been difficult. We absolutely would take a couple of stairs over the hills! The apartment itself is absolutely stunning, massive smart tv, WiFi, full size fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine. My son has allergies so we always bring most of his food with us and it can be challenging storing it and cooking it but this kitchen made everything far easier. The rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfy both rooms with fans. The bathroom is lovely and modern with a great rainfall shower and a proper hairdryer for those girlies that know how annoying holding a button in is! The balcony, well it was just perfect my mum does not sit by the pool but she was able to chill on the sun loungers on the balcony whilst watching us at the pool. The pool itself is also great, the adult pool is deep but the children’s pool is perfect. The views from the balcony and the pool area looking out at the sea again is stunning. The location of this apartment is just perfect. Far enough away that you can not hear any noise from the strip but so close also. My dad is Scottish and loved being a stone throw away from the bluebells! I really cannot fault our stay here, dean even let us stay on a few hours on the apartment until we needed to go to the airport. I never usually miss leaving anywhere but I really hope to come back here again very very soon!!

We travelled to Lanzarote for the Ironman for which this apartment is perfectly located. Only a few minutes walk to the start/finish line. Apart from the location the apartment looked pretty new, clean and well equipped. The pool is a very nice addition to relax in peace. For us it was the perfect accommodation to prepare and relax afterwards.

Personally we don't like the very touristic part of Puerto del Carmen. It is full of English pubs, where we prefer a local experience when traveling. This however has nothing to do with the accommodation and is more a personal preference.

there was so many flights of stairs we would have to stop 3 times to get our breath.no good for elderly or family's the swimming pool was too deep not safe for us or not safe for families.we had no we're to put our luggage when we were leaving which was terrible they were not very helpful we would not recommend this place 😕

Lovely apartment, extremely clean and well presented. Balcony was large with table and 4 chairs plus two sun loungers and a view over the pool. Lovely views all day and a great place to sit. Kitchen was well equipped and had a coffee machine - dolce vita one so can get pods for that. Sitting room was comfortable and we used the tv and signed into our Netflix. Bedrooms were comfortable and had a fan in each. Location couldn’t be better, you literally walk onto the strip near Kontiki bar. Lots of supermarkets close by and I thought the location was fabulous. There was no noise on a night from any of the bars - even though you were close. We had a car and found parking no issues. The beach in front of Fariones hotel - Cala Fariones was lovely and you can get to it by a walk way along the front of the hotel - onto main beach and turn right- keep going. Also loved the walk past the harbour and onto the cliff top. We had a car and visited Playa Flamingo, La Santa, Playa de La Isleta and a small cove near Caleta de Famara. Now have to pay to go to the Timanfaya volcano which we didn’t have to back in 2018. If we were to return to Lanzarote I would have no hesitation booking this apartment again. Please be aware that the apartment complex has lots of steps I do think it was mentioned but another mention is always good! Not an issue for us as we are all fit and well.

These are not dislikes but observations, we had to buy bin liners for the bin - which is fine but good to know for other travelers and also a cloth to wipe the kitchen work tops - again not a dislike. Also had to buy toilet roll as only one left for us. Again no issues as the apartment was priced amazingly good but it’s to make others aware.

We loved the location, the apartment was immaculately clean, modern, beautiful view and lovely shower with hot water. Photos are a true reflection and value for money.

Private large terrace with comfortable chairs and sunbeds. Huge TV, comfortable sofa and beds. Refurbished to a high standard. Coffee maker (dolce gusto pods). Very Cold fridge. Full sized hair dryer. Close to the life and still quite. Very clean, immaculate. Great having the 2nd bedroom to dump all our bags.

Easy from start to finish, checked in a little earlier which was helpful. The location and apartment were all very clean and nice.

I couldn’t find fault as it met all our expectations and more.

Amount of steps were difficult for son with cerebral palsy did not mention this in the advert

Location was excellent, apartment was spotless

Family with buggies or anyone with mobility would struggle on all the steps to the apartment
