My elderly father stayed with me and unfortunately the amount of steps set him back a bit. Also, if you were to hire mobility scooter for ease of travelling, there's no facility/area to park it because of steps from both access points

GBThe location was brilliant. I went with teenage daughters and we all loved it. Safe enough for them to wander about in day and there was lots of restaurants and bars at night. The apartment and complex was clean and comfortable and very good value for money. At one end of the strip but quiet. No taxis required. Lovely place.
There were a few sets of stairs which was difficult getting cases up and no lift. I'm just mentioning this as anyone with mobility problems would struggle.
GBWe stayed in Lanzarote with our two children and were very pleased with the apartments. The location is simply wonderful — right by the sea. All the shops, the promenade, and restaurants are within walking distance, which is very convenient. We especially liked that the apartments are completely new. New crockery, everything is clean and tidy, no dirt. The apartments have everything you need for living. We recommend it for family holidays!
GBIt was a great location but the stairs with a 4 and 5 year old was a nightmare
No grater, colander, no lids for pots, no wooden spoon, we did eat out but again with 2 small kids you need these facilities. An also no microwave which I think is easy for heating your food
GBGreat apartment that has clearly had a lot of money spent on it, perfect location. Large private balcony great pool / sea view.
A mention in the apartment description could have included the amount of stairs to the property. My wife has bad knees and struggled a bit as no lift on the complex. The bedroom and bathroom doors need new handles as very difficult to open and close quietly a minor issue that could be solved quickly.

GBEverything was brand new. Few teething problems. Toilet on constant fill hubby fixed. Back door leaked with rain so constantly mopping floor.
