1 bedroom kitchen Flat

The place is cheap - but knowing what I know now I would not have booked it.

The location is very sketchy. You access the flat through an industrial back alley with trash everywhere, through a narrow, poorly lit and run-down corridor. I did not feel safe parking my car near the flat, and left it on a nearby, brightly lit street. The flat is in the back of the Londis, and while it looks reasonably clean it has not seen a vacuum in ages, hair and dirt everywhere, don't look at the mattress, there is haphazard painting, lights that are out or flicker, and a towel that looked like it still had blood on it.

I liked the fact that, what Chan advertised was what was there. Beautiful place, person and location and even got my relatives to book the place in advance for their upcoming trip to Nottingham. Thank you Chan

The property looks like they just changed the bedding. Nothing else been clean in the room the noise stop you from sleeping the quality of the bedding is really poor if the property would be clean and bedding would be better quality and bed mattress would be better quality than the property wouldn’t be so bad the fridge making really loud noise and outside fun The price it’s really nice but with not a lot of effort the property would improve so much more

The flat was clean, nicely decorated. Seemed well equipped.

The area, outlook from windows was brick wall. Did not like where car was going to be parked. As I had a lot of camping equipment in car I decided not to stay, as I didn't feel it was secure.

Good size space and will be using again as great value.

Very near to local shops and takeaways.

Could have done with a clothes horse to dry washing.
