"Good flat: surrounding area not so pleasant"

The flat was good and reasonably clean. There's a mini supermarket very close which was handy. The tram service was also close.

The surrounding area was not so pleasant - I had my number plates stolen.

It was good for the cost. Kitchen has everything you need, the bedroom and bathroom are basic but for short stays, it is good

The frypan and casserole are very old and rusty. It is not easy to find because it is at the back of the shops and the door is camouflage with the Aircon from the shop. The road full of dumping rubbish, not very pleasant.
