1 bedroom kitchen Flat

Very clean, easy to find, had what I needed.

Very cold when I arrived. I'm not someone who likes heat either, but even after putting the heater on for 2hrs before I went to bed it was still incredibly cold. Still probably worth the money as it was clean and the perfect location for working at NTU the next day. But it would put me off staying again, especially in the winter.

Bed and the bedding is cheap, and need replacing, there should be coffee in the kitchen atleast

I recently stayed at the 1 bedroom kitchen flat, and overall, it was a positive experience. The flat itself was great—clean, cozy, and nicely presented. It provided a comfortable and quiet environment, making it a good place to relax. The radiator worked well, warming up the space quickly when needed. The stay was also good value for money, and I appreciated the quick response from the owner when I needed assistance during check-in.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. Initially, I had trouble finding the flat as I didn't receive any instructions ahead of time, but the owner resolved this by arranging an escort. The lighting in the corridor was an inconvenience as it would turn off every few seconds, making it difficult to lock and unlock the door. Additionally, the shower had low water pressure, and I would have appreciated more than one towel for my stay. There was also a persistent beeping noise in the corridor, though it wasn't overly disruptive.
