"Everything was bad considering that it was New Year’s Eve."

We did not have breakfast as dinner was bad.

Customer service did not understand and they gave the food but it was not good. They charged according to room service but not at restaurant. I complained over and over again and they listened. I paid cash as they could not understand. I am very unhappy

- Noise because of renovation (?) at 2.00am and in the morning at 7.00 or 8.00 - Make up of my room only once of 3 days staying - No body gel - No toilet paper - No hot water in the shower (2 times) - Very poor breakfast
