Arrived at apartment at 6pm. Lock box was not outside to the right of the door as advertised. Rang the bell multiple times, no response. Called multiple times to be sent straight to voice mail. No communication on the hosts side. Had to book a premier inn. 0/10 if possible.

Location only.

The property was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and the shower did not work properly. The free WiFi required payment. There was only one remote so could not access tv. Kettle did not work. Oven was dirty. Entrance to get to flat was extremely dirty and run down. We left after one night and travelled home rather than stay our second night.

This is a spam. We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this property. We booked it for two families, each with a baby, and were given the key box code in advance. However, when we arrived, there was no key inside the box. We tried multiple times to contact the property owner, but none of the provided contact numbers worked. This caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience, especially with small children. We felt completely let down and unprepared for such a situation. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Very dirty and unkempt. Host not reachable on the the provided phone number

They did not change bed sheets and pilow cases. There was no extra toilet paper. It finished after first use.

For a 2 bed apartment it was good value, living room and kitchen were good, bathroom and bedrooms weren't.
