It was very nice, clean, and close to everything

It was super clean and very nicely decorated. A really wonderful place someone has put a lot of love in.

It would be cool if the blinds could open. It felt a bit dark at times.

Entry door to building and entry door to unit need replaced Entry needs painted. Unit above us had very noisy, creaky floors. Woke us up scared Thought ceiling would fall.

We had a great time here. It was cozy, clean, and central to everything we wanted to do, like the National Park and downtown/waterfront attractions. The neighborhood was perfectly safe. The home is older, adjust your expectations and be prepared for creaking when people upstairs are walking — we didn’t find it intrusive. The fans all worked, the toilet seat and shower head have recently been replaced, the heat worked very well, the hot water arrived immediately and there was plenty. No A/C in the bedrooms so be aware if you’re going in the summer. No central A/C (but you can use the thermostat to turn the heat down). Lots of little touches like light fixtures with USB and C-type chargers, soft, puffy bedding and lots of warm blankets, comfortable beds and pillows. We did not use the kitchen other than the fridge so can’t comment on availability of cookware but it looked well-supplied. We loved that they allow pets even thought we didn’t bring ours. It was really nice to have a living room to decompress in, unlike a hotel room. Nice TV with Netflix. Parking was easy and there’s plenty of room for two vehicles tucked back away from the street. The owner does ask for a separate deposit in an e-mail but it will be refunded in 7-14 days. Lock box worked fine. Host is responsive and friendly, and we would absolutely come back.
