Nothing likeable. Terrible property and utter rubbish service from the host. Got cheated.

Dishonest and misleading – avoid at all costs The property falsely advertised central air conditioning, but it was completely non-functional during a heatwave. They admitted the fault, asked me to book a new place in downtown, and promised a full refund – which they’re now refusing to honor. Complete bait-and-switch. I was left out of pocket and stranded. Untrustworthy host. Booking.com should take action.

The only thing that was decent about the property is that it had 2 rooms and a full kitchen and living room.

The property owner was very rude during the whole communication of my booking. I booked a non-refundable room for the wrong date at first, and she allowed me to switch my date after I pleaded for a switch. Once I got to the property around midnight, the code she had given me for the lockbox was incorrect and I couldn’t get in. I do appreciate her prompt response to answer and provide me with the right code, but she gave me 3 incorrect codes prior to getting me the right one. The surrounding area was also not the best. Once I entered, the entrance to the unit was dirty. It was clear that attention was not made to keep the entrance clean, and the area was not swept. There is no central heat or A/C - the only way to get air circulating is through overhead fans. Additionally, the bathroom was full of huge ants and the shower and sink did not drain properly. I had booked 2 nights and due to the unfavorable conditions I left after the first night and informed the property owner that I left, and she did not respond. Ultimately I would not recommend this place whatsoever due to the communication with the property manager, the dirty/unkempt condition of the unit, and the noise that comes from the upstairs unit.

All of the comforts from home! My daughters were sad to leave... I may have also felt the same. We were beyond pleased with our stay.

The location was safe. The beds were comfortable.

The pillows were hard. The upstairs guests were very loud.
