Cleanliness, location, and atmosphere. The shower head was great. I loved that you had supplies in case we forgot any. The beds were super comfy.

No air conditioning. The fan in the first bedroom didn't work and the ceiling fan didn't work either.

Lots of room. Comfortable once we got in.

Was not sent code for lockbox before arriving, and it took maybe 10 or 15 minutes to connect with the landlord. Enough time for some family members to decide this had been a bad idea. Eventually solved and people calmed down. Very many throw pillows! And most surfaces had decorative stuff on them so sometimes hard to figure out where to put throw pillows.

Beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. Will definitely be back should we stay in the area again.

Just the neighbors upstairs were stomping around sometimes.
