Cozy, 1st floor apartment 2bdrms Plus Semi Private room with Futon Pets with fee Family Friendly Close to Everything

The property was located in a good part of Cleveland. It was nicely furnished and cozy. We liked it better than renting a hotel while taking my husband to Cleveland Clinic. Would rent again.

The handle to the shorty needs repaired because it falls off when trying to turn on the water

We liked the location, the bedding was very comfortable and everything was there that we needed. The fridge and freezer were great size for bringing your own food. The owner was amazing to work with, very helpful and responsive, even gave recommendations on places to visit and best restaurants nearby. I was very happy to find somewhere that takes pets, bc our pet sitter fell through last minute and we had to take our pups. There’s signage for where to park, wifi info etc. They had a cute patio for the downstairs unit, great for nice weather.

I have asthma and though everything was cleaned prior to staying, the air quality seemed dusty and certain parts of home weren’t totally wiped down, (like parts of the flooring and accessories in the bathroom.) That aspect wasn’t good for someone with asthma, I had to use my inhaler constantly.

It’s well appointed for the price. There were places for our family to comfortably work, play and relax. After we left, the owner let us pick up a forgotten item.

Some of the upstairs guests were loud, left the front door open, and blocked access to our parking spot. While the owner talked to them, she did not enforce her rules nor compensate us for the repeated problems. She also refused to cancel our last week, but we cut our stay short. It was too stressful for our family to remain.

We stayed here very briefly on a stopover, but I really liked that there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out! the space was cozy and felt like home. it was nice that there were toys for kids to play with as well.

It appears that the handle on the shower should be fixed. It doesn’t affect the shower itself, but was a bit alarming when it came off in my hand!
