"Fair location for a goat price"

Was within 15 minutes to the Cleveland Clinic. Safe, quiet neighborhood with similar homes.

The home seems to be in a state of rehab, with a number of issues that still are pending repair. There was tape over all of the light switches so that you didn’t turn them on. There was a strong odor of bleach in the bathroom so the exhaust fan had to be left on constantly. Will probably be a nice place once all of the remodeling is complete.
