The entrance was difficult to find but that was because we arrived at nighttime.

CNthe things in the room is very nice and cleaned, while the house owner is very sincere too. Although during the first day the WiFi got some issues, it has been solved very soon. What’s more, at the beginning I thought it will be very far from the city center, it’s actually won’t take long to get to the downtown area, and the transportation is convenient too. A very nice experience here!
GBStayed as a group with my partner and two friends and had plenty of space for us all. Property was spotless, smelt clean and came well stocked with towels, kitchen amenities and anything we needed to clean up with! We knew everything had been cleaned and changed before we came to stay because of this! My partner is disabled and uses mobility aids to move around, we were unsure due to a bad review left if the property would suit her needs but it was perfect. It’s all one floor, all flat and laminated so she was able to move around with her crutches easy by herself! This accommodation sadly wouldn’t work for wheelchair users but if you’re still slightly mobile it works! We all thought it was in an ideal location, it’s a 3 minute drive away from the Cribbs Mall, a giant Asda and a retail park! Sure it’s located on a council estate but it isn’t run down at all, in fact we thought it was pretty nice and we could easily order food to the location! Host is lovely and very quick to reply to any questions we may have had! Honestly would recommend staying here!
My partner unfortunately locked herself in the bathroom (right hand side bedroom) and couldn’t get out due to the lock being jammed/stiff! We easily got her out as it’s a lock you can open from the outside with a coin. As my partner is disabled she didn’t have the strength to unjam the lock, so I wouldn’t go locking the door there! To put others at ease from the negative review, yes the accommodation is split in two and there is (most likely) going to be someone in there BUT. The doors between them are locked and the glass door is frosted so you can’t see through it. We only ever heard someone next door once during our 3 night stay. Both bedrooms have locks on the doors also so if you didn’t feel comfortable with that then you could lock the doors at night and when you’re out during the day!
